Though he might be gone, Craig Sager will always be remembered for his charismatic personality and noteworthy attire. A sportscaster by trade, Sager’s warm demeanor and outrageous sense of style made him one of the most recognizable faces in the industry.

The world was a much different place when Sager first stepped into the world of sports commenting in the 1970s. Beginning as a commentator on local cable, Sager’s natural charisma propelled him to CNN and then to a job as a basketball sideline reporter and NBC sportscaster.

But Sager wasn’t just a sportscaster. He was also a proud father (he’s pictured above with his son, Craig Sager, Jr.), a good husband, and a warm presence who will be missed by everybody he came in contact with.

In honor of this recently departed legend, join us as we remember some of his best moments — and the suits he was wearing when they happened!
