Ibtihaj Muhammad competed in fencing in the 2016 Olympics.

As the first American Muslim woman to wear a hijab while competing, this female fencer has already made plenty of headlines.

The 30-year-old from New Jersey also has a budding career as a fashion designer. She started the clothing company, Louella, with her siblings in 2014. The company focuses on creating stylish, conservative clothing that adheres to Muslim dress customs.
