The boxing legend turned Filipino senator has announced he will be fighting with the British lightweight, Amir Khan.
He has won 59 out of his 67 fights (38 of which were KOs). Pacquiao won two consecutive fights, defeating Timothy Bradley III in April, knocking him down twice. Pacquiao’s victory in the WBO welterweight title last November against Jessie Vargas in Las Vegas has shown that he isn’t slowing down despite being a senator.
He asked his Twitter followers in February who his fans wanted to see him fight against next which they overwhelming responded with Kahn at 48%. The fight is set to be at the United Arab Emirates, but no venue has been announced yet.
